Say goodbye to the recycling bags. Say hello to a 240L mobile recycling bin. Pickups will be fortnightly on a Friday starting in mid September. Expect a bin to arrive at the end of this month.

The bins are designed to be co-mingled which means you can throw paper, cardboard, plastics and tins in them. No need to sort items.

Kentish is one of 7 councils taking part in this recycling project.

It is costing us around $50,000 per year. Hopefully we will save a lot of money as well due to less materials going to landfill at Dulverton. Heres hoping……………………………
