Well done Railton.&lt;br/&gt;One of the trade-offs from concrete everywhere is the increased runoff into the stormwater system that then ends up out at sea.&lt;br/&gt;There are unseen benefits that grassed areas have over paved areas. Increased retention levels of water in this drying landscape for one.&lt;br/&gt;Something to consider is what is known as &#039;Water sensitive urban design&#039;.  It&#039;s slowly becoming accepted around Australia - Google will show some good examples.&lt;br/&gt;It is the way of the future and needs to be embraced sooner than later.&lt;br/&gt;My 2 bobs worth</description>
